Gender Equality Plan (GEP)

Cloud4Business recognises gender equality as a fundamental principle for innovation quality and organisational sustainability. In line with Horizon Europe requirements, the Gender Equality Plan (GEP) has been approved by the Management and is publicly available.

The Cloud4Business GEP defines objectives, actions and indicators to promote gender equality across all areas of the organisation, with particular focus on:

  • Equal opportunities in recruitment and career development processes
  • Work-life balance through flexibility policies
  • Prevention of all forms of discrimination and harassment
  • Integration of the gender dimension in Research and Innovation activities
  • Regular training on unconscious bias
  • Annual monitoring of gender indicators with Board reporting

This GEP is published in compliance with Horizon Europe requirements (eligibility criterion since 2022) and is updated annually.
