Cloud4Business has developed the AMTS – Smart Parking app, integrating all urban mobility services that were previously distributed across various third-party apps into a single official platform for the Azienda Metropolitana Trasporti e Sosta.

In addition to comprehensive management of blue line parking, the app also includes the Soste Business function, which allows companies to create a corporate account and assign prepaid quotas to their employees for independent payment management.

The app can also be used to purchase bus tickets and vouchers for the use of bike-sharing services available in the city, making AMTS – Smart Parking a unique, digital and sustainable tool for experiencing urban mobility in a simple and integrated way.

C4B has created the Catania Semplice platform, based on the proprietary T-Ask – Amministrazione Semplice framework, with the aim of simplifying and digitising interaction between citizens, institutions and public administration.

Access to the portal is via SPID or CIE authentication. Once authenticated, citizens (or delegated bodies) can submit requests online directly to the relevant office. The platform is interoperable with the systems already in use by the administration, including: protocol, school services, social services, PagoPA, SPID, and the IO app.

On the administrative side, operators access the backend to view and manage automatically assigned files. They can carry out their activities from any device connected to the internet, even in smart working mode. Available functions include: file progress, requests for additional information, document submission, rejections, and sending communications via certified email.

From their personal area, citizens can:

  • Submit new applications
  • Make payments via PagoPA
  • Check the status of their files in real time
  • Consult the archive of completed files
