AMTS Smart Parking – All of Catania's mobility at your fingertips

Cloud4Business developed the AMTS – Smart Parking app, bringing together in a single official platform of the Azienda Metropolitana Trasporti e Sosta all the urban mobility services that were previously spread across various third-party apps.

In addition to the complete management of paid parking in blue zones, the app also includes the Business Parking feature, which allows companies to create a corporate account and assign prepaid allowances to their employees for independent payment management.

Through the app you can also buy bus tickets and purchase vouchers for the bike sharing services available in the city, making AMTS – Smart Parking a unique, digital and sustainable tool for experiencing urban mobility in a simple and integrated way.

Catania Semplice – The digital platform that brings citizens and Public Administration closer

C4B built the Catania Semplice platform, based on the proprietary T-Ask – Amministrazione Semplice framework, with the aim of simplifying and digitalising the interaction between citizens, public bodies and public administration.

Access to the portal is through SPID or CIE authentication. Once authenticated, the citizen (or a delegated body) can submit applications online directly to the relevant office. The platform is interoperable with the systems already in use by the administration, including: records management, school services, social services, PagoPA, SPID, and the IO app.

On the administrative side, operators access the back end to view and manage the cases automatically assigned to them. They can carry out their work from any device connected to the internet, including in smart-working mode. Available functions include: advancing cases, requests for additional information, sending documents, rejections, and sending communications via certified email (PEC).

From their personal area, citizens can:

Submit new applications
Make payments through PagoPA
Check the processing status of their cases in real time
Consult the archive of completed cases

BAC! – Digital Manufacturing: the platform that turns data into decisions

C4B designed and built an innovative platform that integrates Cloud technologies, Business Process Management (BPM) and the Internet of Things (IoT), with the aim of digitalising and optimising production processes.

The system is based on an advanced sensor layer that captures data in real time directly from the production area, making it accessible remotely and on the move. In this way, production parameters can be monitored continuously, even without being physically present on site.

The data collected by the sensors is analysed through advanced algorithms, generating detailed and strategic information about the entire production process. This information allows management to identify any bottlenecks, anomalies or inefficiencies in real time, taking prompt action to optimise the use of resources and improve business performance.
