She brings over 23 years of experience in designing complex digital platforms, from requirements definition to production go-live: cloud platforms for the Public Administration's digital services (API-first architectures, digital identity, ACN catalogue), governance systems for compliance and data quality in regulated contexts (ISO/IEC 25010, 25012), BPM + IoT platforms for the digitalisation of production processes, environmental monitoring infrastructures with Earth Observation and IoT sensor integration, and Digital Twin platforms for complex operating environments.

Economics graduate (University of Catania, 2001) and Chartered Auditor registered with the Italian Ministry of Justice since 2007. Co-founder of Cloud4Business (2013); formerly Director of Ingenium (2014–2022), a non-profit research centre specialising in AI and digital technologies. He brings over 23 years of experience managing Research and Innovation activities, from the governance of multi-partner consortia to the technical and administrative preparation of proposals for competitive programmes.
Within the company he combines three areas of expertise that keep the technical proposal, financial sustainability and market strategy consistent: financial governance and compliance (Horizon Europe lump-sum budgets, cost justification per person-month, TCO analysis and audit documentation), project strategy and exploitation (analysis of calls and Work Programmes, Theory of Change, business models such as Robot-as-a-Service, Digital-Twin-as-a-Service and Open API framework licensing, target-market identification) and technical architecture and data governance compliant with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 25010 and 25012. Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead — Development of digital platforms and integration of complex systems
Computer Engineer, at Cloud4Business since 2012, where he is the technical reference for the development, integration and deployment of all the company's software platforms. He brings over 14 years of full-stack experience on highly complex digital platforms, working across every domain in which the company operates: PA digital services with SPID, PagoPA and the ACN catalogue, compliance and data-quality management (ISO/IEC 25010 and 25012), BPM + IoT platforms, Earth Observation monitoring and Digital Twin platforms.
His stack covers the whole development chain: backend and integration (Python, Node.js/TypeScript and Java; REST, WebSocket and gRPC APIs; integration with ERP, SCADA and industrial protocols MQTT/OPC-UA; event-driven microservices), data and AI/ML (ETL pipelines, anomaly detection and forecasting, Large Language Model pipelines for extraction from regulatory documentation and certifications, MLOps and computer vision), cloud/edge infrastructure and ISO 27001 security (RBAC/ABAC, encryption, immutable audit trails) and frontend with near-real-time KPI dashboards and attention to accessibility.
